favorite icon makers*
since i've seen so many people do this, i thought it'd be fun to make my own little list as well. i am aware that there are millions of icon makers out there, and some may be greater than others, but as far as i know, these are my favorites. of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but please avoid voicing yours here. if you're looking forward to starting drama, please note that this is far from a popularity contest, seeing as i don't even know most of the people on here. these icons were judged on their cropping, coloring, and creativity. also, first isn't always the best and last isn't always the worst. these are in no specific order. i'm very picky too, so there are only a few makers listed. please don't hotlink either, i uploaded the icons to my own photobucket account. (:
